When you have translated a text yourself, you receive a checked document whose translation matches the source document; in addition to checking for correct translation (spelling and grammar), the internal coherence of the document, the context, and the target audience are also taken into account.

When you have written a Dutch or foreign-language text yourself, you will receive a document whose text has been rewritten according to your specifications and wishes. Proper spelling, grammar, and internal consistency are taken into account. The editor uses his own experience to make the text appropriate and complete, taking into account the context and the target audience. The editing process consists of three steps. First, your text is edited (first round of editing) and – accompanied by questions – emailed to you. Next, telephone consultations take place regarding the questions the editor has. Finally, the editor processes all changes in the text (second round of editing) and you receive the final text by email.

Certification
