Exchanging ideas with colleagues

Every lawyer faces dilemmas in their work. How do you deal with them? How do they affect you? It can be beneficial to exchange ideas on this topic with fellow lawyers. Being asked questions with unabashed curiosity, challenging each other to look at things from a different perspective, gaining new insights, and thereby generating ideas to tackle the dilemma—that’s what peer supervision is all about!

Small-scale peer review meetings

FOCUS Vertaalbureau organiseert al sinds 2010 begeleide intervisie, waar persoonlijke uitdagingen die voor de deelnemers actueel zijn, worden behandeld.

Hiernaast vindt u het formulier waarmee u zich kunt inschrijven voor een groep. U doet dan met een vaste groep advocaten 4 keer intervisie (2 uur per bijeenkomst, in totaal 8 uur).

De groepsgrootte is 6-10 deelnemers en de intervisiebijeenkomsten vinden plaats in de avonduren. Op een plek die handig is voor u, want de bijeenkomsten zijn online.

Group Participation Procedure

  • You register for a group. You will receive a registration confirmation via email. From that moment on, you are a provisional participant. Once you have registered, you are obligated to attend all sessions. This is not only because of the required minimum number of participants per session, but mainly because the other participants are counting on your contribution. We therefore ask that you mark the dates in your calendar in advance so that you are not forced to cancel prematurely due to other commitments that have come up.
  • As soon as there are enough registrations for a peer review group, you will receive an email confirming that the peer review session will definitely take place. From that moment on, you are an official participant. You will also receive your own personal Peer Review Treasure Chest and an invoice, which you must pay before the first peer review session.
  • If you are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control, you must notify the peer review facilitator as soon as you know this. The peer review facilitator will inform the other participants.
  • For each session, you will receive a (digital) certificate of participation.

Procedure for Individual Participation

  • You register for a peer review meeting. You will receive a registration confirmation via email. From that moment on, you are a participant.
  • You will receive an invoice, which you must pay before the peer review meeting.
  • If you are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control, you must notify the peer supervision facilitator as soon as you know. You can then sign up for another session.
  • After the peer review meeting, you will receive a (digital) certificate of participation.

Investment

De kosten voor deelname aan een intervisiebijeenkomst (à 2 uur) bedragen €250,- incl. btw.

Als u zich aanmeldt voor deelname aan een groep (een serie van 4 bijeenkomsten à 2 uur) dan bedragen de kosten slechts €925,- incl. btw. U krijgt dan ook een eigen persoonlijke exemplaar van de Intervisie Schatkist (ter waarde van €39,95) cadeau.
